Nadia Nakai confirms Mexico trip was boyfriend, Vic Mensa’s idea

Nadia Nakai celebrated her thirty-first birthday in Tulum, Mexico, which was her surprise gift from her American rapper boyfriend, Vic Mensa.

Nadia Nakai took to Instagram on Wednesday, 19 May 2021, to showcase how she spent her birthday in Tulum, Mexico with her boyfriend and popular American rapper, Vic Mensa. In the video, Nakai can be seen suggestively dancing in white swimwear. Mensa then joins in on the fun by clapping, which prompts Nakai to dance to the beat of his clapping.

After revealing that she was in Mexico on Tuesday, 18 May 2021, to celebrate her thirty-first birthday, she later confirmed that the idea was Mensa’s, who told her to pack her bags for a surprise vacation. Nakai later described the surprise as the best birthday gift she has ever received.

The two have cemented their couple status with the latest move. Initially, it was speculated that they were merely playing up the suggestions of a romantic affiliation in an effort to promote the music video for their collaborative single, Practice.
